01 The Brief
Explore the potential scenarios for the ‘Future of Food’ and develop a solution
02 Research
Me and my team decided which area of the 'Future of Food' we wanted to research further. We came up with this hunt statement to help us focus our project:

These are the main problems I gathered from our research:

I then used my research to create some insights:

From the research and proto persona, I created an opportunity statement:
From this opportunity statement, I created a concept statement:
"My app is for couples who want to have creative and fresh cooking experiences, but want to have a deep, intimate and fun experience with their partner by providing a unique cooking experience to keep interactions fun and personal between couples, and providing a community of like-minded couples so users can be inspired and compete against each other. The app embodies the user experience of being creative, social and smart."
I created a proto-persona to help better define the user:
"My product is for young couples who want to have a feeling of excitement and intimacy when cooking with/for their partner, but want to have new, fresh, creative experiences with their partner"
04 Development
I sketched some low-fidelity wireframes of my idea. I figured my idea could work nicely with the already existing Sainsbury's Smart Shop app.

I used the Marvel app to test this user flow and experience. I gave the prototype to a peer and collected some feedback.

From the feedback I realised I needed to add a page to the flow so that the user can choose their desired food category.
I also realised that I need to add a second flow that enables the user to find and follow their recipe instructions. This would help to add to the “uniqueness” of the product.

I used the feedback to create and refine my taskflows and sitemap:

Here is the Mid-Fidelity prototype I created using the task flows and sitemap as a guide:
